Corporate community impact

In addition to achieving our organizational goals, our staff is committed to supporting public educators as well as the larger community. We do this through:

• WEA Member Benefits Foundation, Inc.: Supports public schools via a statewide initiative to support access to school-based mental health programs, classroom grants, an annual student art contest, an emergency fund, and more.
• Adopt-a-school partnership with Madison Public Schools Foundation.
• Volunteer time off for employees to support a 501(c)(3) organization.
• Employees donate to the United Way of Dane County through several fun team-building activities, such as a pie toss, chili cookoff, and other events.
