Retirement and Investment Services
Are you a FINRA licensed registered representative? Provide exceptional customer service? Help our members save for their financial future with a 403(b) or IRA from Member Benefits.
Our financial advisors help people plan for their present and future retirement. Other positions work directly with public school districts on their 403(b) plan.
Insurance Services
Our claims satisfaction ratings are consistently high for the industry—we work closely with members to make sure they get the support they need. We also help people become better insurance consumers so they can make informed choices for their situation.
Information Technology positions are also under this department and help troubleshoot technical issues, build software systems, maintain hardware, and keep our infrastructure secure.
Marketing and Communications
Our MarCom department utilizes their many creative talents to build awareness of the programs and services available to our members. If you are a “wearer of many hats” with skills in writing, design, strategy, and more, this may be the place to share your many talents.
Field Sales and Service
Our Field staff are caring and outgoing people who understand the financial needs of public school employees. They travel and interact with district staff and employers, providing support, information, and financial education while promoting our products and services to help members become more financially secure.
Accounting
Accounting staff take care of all the important numbers—managing the budget and payroll, providing accurate reports and filings, and complying to regulatory requirements. They also keep up on recommending accounting best practices and promote the short- and long-term integrity of the company.
Business Services
Administrative assistants and clerks help keep the company running. Tasks may include clerical work, greeting visitors, working with vendors, managing mail, and much more. The need for accuracy and excellent rapport with others are critical to these positions.
