IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The yourMONEY upgrade is complete! Please refer to the letter mailed March 14 with log in information.

What to expect

We are upgrading the yourMONEY portal in two phases. Your 403(b) retirement account will be moved to the upgraded portal in March while any other accounts you may have with us will be moved in April.

For a brief period, you will not be able to view your 403(b) retirement account. In addition, there are deadlines for requesting certain transactions and you will need to re-establish your online account login credentials in the new yourMONEY portal after the upgrade is complete.

When will the upgrade take place?

Your 403(b) retirement account yourMONEY portal will be upgraded March 28–31. If you have another WEA Member Benefits 403(b) account or a WEA Member Benefits IRA account, the upgrade for those accounts will take place April 11–14.

Will I be able to access my yourMONEY portal during the upgrade?

Online access to your 403(b) retirement account will be temporarily unavailable starting Thursday, March 27 (3 p.m. Central Time). You will be able to access the new retirement account portal on Monday, March 31.

You can access your other WEA Member Benefits 403(b) and/or WEA Member Benefits IRA accounts without interruption during this time.

How do I access my yourMONEY portal after the March upgrade?

You can access the new yourMONEY portal at yourMONEY.weabenefitsretirement.com.

I have multiple Member Benefits retirement accounts. Will I be able to access all my retirement accounts in one portal following the March upgrade?

From March 31 through April 10, you will access your 403(b) retirement account only in the new yourMONEY portal, while any other accounts you have with us will remain accessible in the old yourMONEY portal.

As of April 14, all your Member Benefits retirement accounts will be accessible in the new yourMONEY portal. You will receive separate communications regarding the upgrade timeline for your other Member Benefits retirement accounts.

Can I use the same username and password in the new retirement account portal?

You will be prompted to create a new username and password, new security questions, and set up new multi-factor authentication credentials for the new portal. If your current credentials meet the new standards, you will be able to reuse your username and password when setting up your login information the first time logging in following the upgrade.

You will continue to use your current username and password in the old yourMONEY portal until April 10.

Will I be able to access the automated telephone voice response line?

Access to the automated telephone voice response line will be unavailable for your 403(b) retirement account from March 27 until April 14.

Will I be able to access my 403(b) retirement accounts during the April upgrade?

Yes, you will be able to access your 403(b) retirement account during the April 11–14 weekend. You may experience a very brief period of limited connectivity as we finish the upgrade process for all other plans.

Will I be able to access documents in the upgraded yourMONEY portal?

Quarterly statements and tax forms from 2024 and before will not be available in your retirement account portal following the upgrade. If you need a hard copy of a historical statement or tax form following the upgrade, you can contact our Member Service team. Due to the timing of the upgrade, your first quarter statement for 2025 will be posted to the portal and mailed a little later than normal.

When will I be able to access the mobile applications?

Will my eMoney connection still work?

If you work with WEA Financial Advisors for financial guidance and planning, please note that following the upgrade you may need to re-establish the link between your Member Benefits account and the eMoney financial planning software.
