Why am I receiving a paper statement for the first quarter of 2025?
All account holders will receive a paper copy of their first quarter 2025 statement due to delays caused by our April system upgrade. Electronic statements will resume with your second quarter statement.

I usually get electronic statements—when will that resume?
If you previously elected electronic delivery, it will resume with your second quarter 2025 statement.

Will future statements include more information?
Yes. The first quarter statement serves as a starting point. We’re working to enhance the information provided in future statements to better support your financial journey.

Login credentials not working?
If this is your first time logging into the upgraded yourMONEY portal, you’ll need to set up new credentials—your old login information no longer works. Visit our our How-to page for guidance on setting up your new credentials. If you need additional help, give us a call at 800-279-4030.

Trouble accessing yourMONEY through the app?
The previous mobile app is no longer supported, even if it remains on your device. You can continue to access yourMONEY through the online portal, and a new mobile app is on the way.

Received an email from TCG Administrators?
If you’ve successfully logged into your account, you may have received a confirmation email from TCG Administrators—our new system provider. This email is legitimate. In the future, we’ll transition these notifications to come directly from WEA Member Benefits.
