Business Development Directives (BDD), an unbiased third-party research group, conducted a follow-up to a 2021 survey to help Member Benefits better understand the needs of district retirement plan sponsors. The survey was launched in July 2024 and concluded in August 2024.
Just over 700 individuals were invited to participate in the district plan sponsor survey, and a total of 131 school districts responded.
