Requested information from your district
Member Benefits will need the following information from your district for the yourPLAN ACCESS upgrade.
- ACH agreements: Member Benefits is moving to a new custodian, which requires us to obtain a new ACH agreement. Watch for an email from WEAPlanAdmin@weabenefits.com with a link to the WEA TSA Trust 403(b) program ACH Agreement webform.
- yourPLAN ACCESS user information: Each 403(b) plan sponsor needs to reconfirm who has access to, and what type of access at, the yourPLAN ACCESS portal. Access types include full access, remittance processing and reporting, or remittance processing only. Watch for an email from WEAPlanAdmin@weabenefits.com with a link to the WEA TSA Trust 403(b) Program Authorized User and Access webform.
- Authorized signer(s): We are also asking each plan sponsor to confirm who is authorized to approve plan participant transaction requests (if applicable) such as approval for 403(b) hardships, loans, and account exchanges/transfer/rollovers.
- 403(b) plan document signer: If your district uses our 403(b) plan document package, please confirm who is the 403(b) plan document signer, and add any additional individuals you would like to receive 403(b) plan document information.
