Improvements to yourPLAN ACCESS 

• Improved efficiencies: The upgrade offers advanced validation features to help maintain up-to-date and error-free records. This includes a more robust quality control process during the remittance process as well as improved data validation controls to help avoid excess contributions.

• Greater accessibility: The platform will feature an improved, intuitive online interface with more tools to monitor and manage your account. In addition, we will be adding a true mobile app so plan participants can monitor and manage their account anywhere, at any time.

• WEA Common Remitter: The WEA Common Remitter process offers a more streamlined and user-friendly interface that doesn’t require a specific remittance file format.

• Employer contribution vesting schedules: The upgrade adds more flexibility with vesting schedules.

• Robust reporting: Plan Sponsors will have access to many reports to assist with annual audits, online salary deferrals, and financial wellness measurements.

• Streamlined processes for plan participants: Plan participants will now have the ability to see the status of their transaction request and receive email or text updates as their request is processed. We will also reduce the time needed to process certain requests.

Changes 

• Credentials: New login credentials will be required following the upgrade weekend.

• Remittance process: The contribution remittance process will change.

• Contribution limit warnings: Warnings if an employee is reaching their contribution limit to help avoid excess contributions.

• Navigation and Look: The yourPLAN ACCESS portal will be updated with a new look, new shortcuts, and new pages.

• Reporting: New reports will be available to you 24/7.
