For the fourth year in a row, WEA Member Benefits was awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Wisconsin State Journal in the small business category for 2023. The Wisconsin State Journal and their partner Energage honor and recognize selected local organizations on an annual basis. The 2023 award was presented by Johnson Financial Group. Member Benefits has employee recognition programs, volunteer time off, a retirement plan with employer contributions, remote work, and training opportunities. One employee commented, “My boss and co-workers care about me and value the contribution I make.”

Member Benefits received the Employee Voice Award (EVA) from Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska. Quantum is a software company well known for its all-in-one manager toolset and Best Places to Work contest. The EVA honors companies nationwide for their outstanding work in employee engagement, the level of participation, and employee engagement survey results.
