The WEA Trust Member Benefits exists to develop and deliver quality TSA and IRA services and provide access to quality investments. When you choose to participate in our program, you provide personal financial information by completing a variety of forms. The information may include your:

    * Contribution history
    * Employment history
    * Account information from other institutions

To Whom We May Disclose Information

Protection of your nonpublic personal financial information is very important to us. We do not sell any of your information to anyone. We do not disclose nonpublic personal financial information about you to affiliated or nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law. For example, we provide some information to third parties to facilitate our administrative services and distribution of materials to you. Those third parties are prohibited by contract from using the information for any other purpose. We provide information to others when it is necessary to do so to respond to your requests, such as a transfer of funds to or from another company. There may also be occasions when we are required by law to share your information, such as responding to a valid subpoena or to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order.

Our concern for the privacy of your personal information is reflected in our Web site and Account Information Line (AIL) services. Our Web site uses the most secure forms of online communication available, including data encryption, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, and user Social Security number and personal identification number (PIN). The AIL requires both the Social Security number and a PIN to access personal account information. The security measures of these technologies provide a high level of security and privacy when you access your account information and initiate online transactions.

Access to and Protection of Information

We limit access to your personal information to our employees who use the information to provide services to you. We maintain security standards to protect your information from the public. We apply these standards to all telephone, written, or in-person requests for information to protect your personal information.
