Account changes requested after 3 p.m. CDT on September 3, 2010, will be implemented at the close of market on September 7, 2010. The NYSE will resume its normal business hours on September 7, 2010.

TRADE RESTRICTION POLICY
The following trading restrictions apply to all WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity Trust and WEAC IRA mutual fund accounts:
All fund shares purchased through a trade* require a 90-day holding period. Vanguard PRIMECAP (TSA only) requires all shares purchased through a trade* be held for one year.
*Trades are transfers, within a WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity Trust account or a WEAC IRA mutual fund account, of existing fund balances between the guaranteed investment and a mutual fund investment or between mutual funds.
