Retirement Income Analysis is a fee-based service offered by WEA Trust Member Benefits designed to help answer your questions.  This highly focused retirement planning tool is suitable for those within 10 years of retirement.  It will provide you with:

  • Knowledge of whether you are on track to meet your goals.
  • Suggested adjustments to meet your goals.
  • Your Wisconsin Retirement System projection.
  • Your Social Security projection.
  • A retirement distribution and cash flow analysis.
  • A tax analysis to help you anticipate your future income tax liability.

What to expect

Step One:  Initial consultation
This no-obligation consultation gives you a chance to meet face-to-face with a Member Benefits consultant to assess your situation and determine whether the service will meet your needs.

Step Two:  Data gathering
During this meeting, your consultant will identify, develop, and prioritize your financial goals and objectives, as well as gather information about your current financial position.

Step Three:  Analysis and plan development
Your consultant analyzes your information, develops strategies, and writes recommendations to meet your goals.

Step Four:  Presenting the plan
At this face-to-face meeting, your consultant will present your analysis and recommendations, as well as explain the specific strategies included in your analysis.

Step Five:  Monitoring progress
A follow-up meeting will be scheduled to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your analysis as needed.
