TRADE RESTRICTION POLICY
The following trading restrictions apply to all WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity Trust
and WEAC IRA accounts:
All fund shares purchased through a trade* require a 90-day holding period.
Vanguard PRIMECAP (TSA only) requires all shares purchased through a trade* be
held for one year.
*Trades are transfers, within a WEA Tax Sheltered Annuity Trust account or a WEAC
IRA account, of existing fund balances between the guaranteed
investment and a mutual fund investment or between mutual funds.
We are unable to process any part of a trade request that attempts to trade
shares that do not meet the holding requirements. Please call a consultant at
